Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to join our growing company
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Partner with functional heads / hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create JDs that resonate with potential candidate
  • Support hiring across LOBs Operational and support, IT/ Non-IT
  • Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hiring partners, internal references etc
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain a structured hiring workflow, create and maintain Hiring SOPs and documents
  • Relevant dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for internal and management reference.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to optimize hiring processes
  • Provide guidance and support to other recruiters, helping them develop their skills and foster a collaborative atmosphere

Work from office role (All 5 Days, 1 pm 10 pm shift).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Hands on experience with major job portals and recruitment platforms
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor market trends
  • Keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships
  • Energetic self-driven and collaborative team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good knowledge of MS excel and office.
