Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to join our growing company
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with functional heads / hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create JDs that resonate with potential candidate
- Support hiring across LOBs Operational and support, IT/ Non-IT
- Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hiring partners, internal references etc
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain a structured hiring workflow, create and maintain Hiring SOPs and documents
- Relevant dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for internal and management reference.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to optimize hiring processes
- Provide guidance and support to other recruiters, helping them develop their skills and foster a collaborative atmosphere
Work from office role (All 5 Days, 1 pm 10 pm shift).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 - 7+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Hands on experience with major job portals and recruitment platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor market trends
- Keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships
- Energetic self-driven and collaborative team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS excel and office.
