Location: Noida

Working Days: 6 Days (MonSat)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

CTC: LPA (Fixed) + Incentives & Variables

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager (Sales) will own end-to-end sales responsibilities, including counselling prospects, managing leads, and driving conversions for certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for DS/DA/Cybersecurity/BA and related certification programs.
  • Conduct consultative counselling sessions with professionals and students.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM records with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Stay updated on market and competitor trends to improve positioning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory).
  • Experience selling certification programs such as DS, DA, Cybersecurity, BA (preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling ability.
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi).
  • Proven target-achievement track record.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
