Job Summary:
The Senior Manager Real Estate Sales will lead and manage the sales operations of residential and/or commercial real estate projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, formulating sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven record in achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
Team Leadership
Manage and motivate a team of sales managers and executives to ensure high performance.
Set individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and nurture relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
Project & Inventory Management
Coordinate with project, marketing, and finance teams to align inventory availability, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor project-wise sales velocity and recommend adjustments to pricing or strategy.
Lead Management & CRM
Ensure optimal lead conversion through effective lead management systems and follow-up processes.
Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable insights.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior leadership.
Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Oversee proper documentation and coordination with legal and finance teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–7 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
