Job Description:

  • Develop effective sales strategies to meet company sales targets.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven record of estate sales.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
