We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving strategic financial decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of financial accountability across the organization.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning to optimize the organization's financial position.
  • Support audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development to the finance team to enhance performance and capability.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Advise management on financial implications of business activities, risk management strategies, and cost control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA/Finance) is preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong command of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and internal controls.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
