We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as AGM – Finance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, and fund management. The role demands hands-on experience in financial operations with strategic oversight, supporting business growth and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in coordination with department heads
- Conduct monthly variance analysis to monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, investments, and cost optimization
- Monitor fund flow, working capital requirements, and ensure timely availability of funds
- Oversee the accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for financial planning, audits, and statutory reporting
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling and scenario planning

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
M.Com / MBA in Finance / ICWA
Experience:
10 to 12 years of progressive experience in finance, budgeting, and accounting
Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning
