We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Sr. Manager- Finance & Accounts to lead our Finance/ Accounts Department The ideal candidate will have a strong legal and financial background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. Immediate Joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

  • Forecast Cashflow.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements including Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Supervise day-to-day finance operations and ensure effective functioning of the department.
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, and manage financial forecasting.
  • Predict income generation and develop long-term financial plans.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Oversee Tally-based accounting systems and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, ITR, and other income tax filings.
  • Oversee timely filing of corporate and annual returns.

Legal & Regulatory Oversight:

  • Manage ongoing legal cases, provide internal legal guidance, and represent the company in legal matters when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and legal frameworks.
  • Liaise with legal counsel, regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing finance and accounts team.
  • Prepare financial reports and communicate insights to senior management
  • Handle correspondence and coordinate effectively between internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: LLB (Mandatory), with additional degrees such as M.Com, CS, MBA-Finance preferred.
  • Experience: 1215 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and legal management from Education industry(Preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, Tally ERP, and corporate legal compliances.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling legal cases and corporate legal responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
