- IT Sales / Marketing, **Location** - Nehru Place
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate our IT products or services to prospective customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate and timely information about product specifications, customization options, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in Excel and other prescribed platforms.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote our company's products or services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record of success in IT sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals.
- Sound technical knowledge of IT products or services, including hardware, software, networking, or cloud solutions.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
