Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
- **Sales Planning**: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales plans.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with team members.
