**Profile-Purchase** **Job location-Nehru Place,Delhi** To obtain quotation from suppliers for raw material / store items of all the products of the company. 2. To prepare Purchase order and get them signed from the authorized signatory and obtain delivery of the product. 3. To obtain MRF/Verified Delivery Note from the factory/Site and process the bills of the party for timely payment. 4. To obtain stock statement from factory, pest control and construction sites on a daily basis. 5. To maintain Purchase order rate register along with Supplier / Contractor List for all major products. 6. To make MIS of Purchase orders as per format desired by management. 7. Co-ordination of Receipt of Raw Materials from Suppliers. 8. Maintenance of records in respect of inspection of raw material, checking the stock available at site and confirming the quality. 9. To Track stock consumption on site. 10. Re-conciliation of stock available from factory & sites.
