cKers Finance is a fast growing NBFC in retail electric vehicle finance and we are looking for a Sales & Collections specialist for Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Executive roles.

Must have prior experience in retail lending Sales & Collections. Commercial vehicle loan experience is a must.

Hiring Location : Delhi, Agra, Kanpur, Pune, Lucknow, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Dehradun, Indore, Bareilly.

Position deliverables :

  • Enter into and manage partnership and alliances with Vehicle OEMs local officials and their dealers
  • Hands on, direct sourcing to increase cKers retail finance share in the local EV market
  • Manage monthly sales planning with partners and lead funnel
  • Manage collection processes with partners and collection agencies
  • Manage soft and hard collections
  • Manage city rollout and partner onboarding
  • Align the city, with our pan-India retail vehicle finance foray, reporting to National Head- Retail Finance
  • Ensure fluency in local language, handling local team and clients for the cities (Bengaluru- , Chennai and Mysore for bulk deals in near term)

  • Proactive and independent person who can take independent responsibility
  • Good with numbers, have an analytical bent of mind and are curious by nature.
  • You can work as an independent contributor with little/ no support.
  • You are looking to join a young firm and believe in our mission (The mission of the company is to be an innovative market maker debt financing venture dedicated towards financing sustainable energy in India and catalyzing the industry towards scale.
  • You can converse easily with sales staff and customers in local language as well

You must have

  • 2 -7 years of experience in retail lending sales and collections
  • Min 2 years of Retail loan -NBFC sales and collections experience.
  • Hands-on and good interpersonal skills, with a go-getter attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to convert sales work to data through computers and mobile apps
  • Preference for vehicle finance experience, especially new or used commercial vehicles or two wheelers
  • Experience of new product sales
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market.
  • CV experience is must.
