Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong customer service orientation, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical support and ensure system reliability across our clients' environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to clients on installation, configuration, usage, and maintenance of systems to ensure smooth operations.

  • Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support through our help desk ticketing system, ensuring timely issue resolution as per SLAs.

  • Supervise and mentor Level 1 engineers, acting as an escalation point for advanced issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, desktop, and network-related issues escalated from Level 2.

  • Manage and support Microsoft Windows Server, macOS, VMware, and related technologies.

  • Administer Microsoft Windows stack components — DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange (on-premise & hosted).

  • Create and maintain detailed client documentation and system configurations.

  • Actively participate as a strategic member of the technology team — contributing to meetings, project discussions, and service delivery improvements.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments; proficiency in macOS is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Certifications:

Azure Administrator Associate (required)

Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred)

Microsoft 365 Certification (required)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (preferred)

  • Advanced knowledge of server, desktop, and network support.

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end solution deployment and system optimization.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service etiquette.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive team player with a high sense of accountability, adaptability, and initiative.

  • Willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies and best practices.
