Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager - Tenders & GeM located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing tender processes, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve identifying tender opportunities, preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Candidate Requirements
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Government Tendering & GeM
  • Strong understanding of sales and procurement processes in government sector
  • Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids independently
  • Familiarity with public procurement rules, documentation, and pricing strategy
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Background

Bachelor's Degree (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred)

Qualifications
  • Sales Management, Tender Management, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare industry: e.g., medical devices, industrial supplies, office equipment, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
