Key Responsibilities

1. Facility & Infrastructure Management

· Oversee maintenance of office and plant infrastructure, including housekeeping, canteen, security, and transport.

· Manage Annual Contracts and vendors for utilities and services (e.g., Security, Staff accommodations, water supply, waste disposal etc.).

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met across the premises.

· Ensure the proper disposal of wastes.

· Ensure the proper maintenance of staff accommodations.

2. Administration Operations

· Handle day-to-day administrative activities, including procurement of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.

· Ensure proper documentation and inventory control of assets and materials.

· Maintain visitor management system and security office operations.

3. Employee Support & Welfare

· Oversee administration of staff amenities: canteen, locker rooms, transport, etc.

· Manage company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare programs.

4. Compliance & Liaison

· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to admin functions.

· Liaise with local authorities, government departments, and contractors for required approvals, inspections, and licenses.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in Administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or plant environment.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
