Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Import, located in Gwalior. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end import process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, coordinating with international suppliers and logistics companies, and managing import documentation. The role includes tracking shipments, resolving any import-related issues, liaising with regulatory authorities, and maintaining accurate records of all import activities.

Qualifications

  • Manage and oversee end to end import freight forwarding operations.
  • Experience in import processes, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for dealing with international suppliers and logistics companies
  • Knowledge of import documentation and record-keeping
  • Ability to resolve import-related issues effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic MS Office
  • Familiarity with regulatory authorities and procedures in imports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field
