1. Requirements Analysis:

Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand

functional requirements.

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for

improvement and automation using Odoo.

2. Development:

Design, develop, and customize Odoo applications and modules

based on business requirements.

Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.

Integrate and maintain third-party modules and extensions.

3. Database Management:

Manage and optimize the Odoo database.

Develop and maintain data migration scripts.

4. Integration:

Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications as

needed.

Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Odoo and

other business software.

5. Testing:

Conduct unit testing and integration testing of Odoo modules.

Identify and fix bugs and issues promptly.

6. Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation for developed

modules and customizations.

Document code changes and version updates.

7. Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive

ERP solutions.

Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and

milestones.

8. Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users and other team

members.

Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.

9. Stay Updated:

Stay current with Odoo updates, new features, and best practices.Continuously enhance knowledge of ERP systems and related

technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

or related field.

Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Proficiency in Python programming language.

Experience with the Odoo framework and customization.

Knowledge of database management, particularly PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and

JavaScript.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certification in Odoo development is a plus.
