Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Odoo ERP implementation and customization services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients in various industries
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present tailored Odoo solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate project proposals and pricing strategies
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover to delivery teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably ERP or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems address organizational challenges
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
Nice to have
  • Experience with Odoo ERP platform or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext)
  • Knowledge of various industry verticals and their specific business requirements
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based selling approaches
  • Certification in sales methodologies or business development programs
