The company also imports and exports polymer additives and heat stabilizers for engineering plastics and compounding while engaging in joint venture manufacturing of polymer processing aids (PPAs) in China, with a yearly production capacity of 100,000 MT. LAVEEK ADDCHEM caters to industries such as Plastics, Paints, Inks, Coatings, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Detergents, and Home & Personal Care. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Vadodara, Gujarat, Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, conducting lead generation activities, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align strategies, achieving sales targets, and presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Min 2 Year Raw Materials Sales Experience in Paint & Coating Industries.- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capture growth opportunities.
- Experience in sales and Business relationship-building to maintain and nurture client partnerships.
- Strong Communication abilities for effective client interaction, negotiation, and presentations.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and working within the chemicals or related industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech Chemicals Business and Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
