Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Training Manager. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, managing training resources, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to identify training gaps and providing ongoing support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and resources
  • Ability to assess training needs and provide ongoing support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
