We are seeking a professional to manage our training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and training, with the ability to motivate agents and facilitate self-development.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct training modules for Agent Advisors and ADMs">
  • Develop facilitation skills and virtual delivery">
  • Manage expectations of multiple OHs and coordinate between offices">
  • Drive digital assessments and self-learning among Agents and ADMs">
  • Schedule training sessions and ensure wider participation of agents">
  • Monitor progress of agents and seek regular feedback">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A graduate degree in any discipline">
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and 3-4 years of experience in conducting sales training">
  • Co-ordination skills and facilitation skills">
  • The ability to motivate agents and be self-motivated">
