Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and execution of training programs across our stores.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training solutions to enhance store associates', shift managers', and multi-store managers' skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the needs of front-line and management staff.
- Develop engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments) that drives results and improves employee performance.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules.
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the QSR industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to create high-quality training content and present it effectively.
- Experience conducting multi-city training sessions and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members at all levels.
