The Banquet Sales Executive position is a full-time, junior-level role based in Hyderabad, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales for banquets and ensuring superior service delivery. This role emphasizes sales negotiation, event coordination, and hospitality management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales negotiation, event coordination, and hospitality management (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in lead generation with a strategic approach to capturing potential business opportunities.
- Experience in catering sales, proficient in tailored event planning to meet diverse client needs.
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize revenue from events by suggesting additional services and packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of the local market and ability to leverage it for driving sales growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base for banquet services.
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate the benefits of services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with clients to refine their event requirements and ensure their needs are met to the highest standards.
- Work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Maximize the revenue potential of each event by encouraging the up-selling of additional services or enhancements.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and actively pursue sales forecasting and planning activities.
- Analyze and report on sales data and suggest improvements to current sales processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position services.
