We have an urgent opening for the position of Academic Head - Birla Brainiacs at Mumbai-Lower Parel.

Designation: Academic Head

Qualifications: Master's degree in any stream, BEd or teacher training degree or diploma

Experience - 4 to 5 years

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Lower Parel

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leading teacher training sessions for Middle and High school educators.
  • Developing, upgrading, and validating digital content and assessments for Primary, Middle and High school
  • Conducting student workshops and monitoring homeschooling classes.
  • Enhancing teaching methodologies by introducing innovative pedagogies and best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Coordinating demo classes with master trainers.
  • Planning events and hybrid schooling activities, coordinating with teachers, and providing feedback on teaching quality.
  • Organizing Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), academic presentations, andonline events and activities.
  • Preparing monthly reports and sharing insights with Heads of Departments (HODs).
  • Analyzing academic results and presenting findings.
