Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Gurgaon. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, providing new hire training, and delivering engaging presentations. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing training data and ensuring effective communication with trainees and stakeholders, should be adept at doing call audits & creating content at will on need basis.

Qualifications

  • Training Needs Analysis by using call audits
  • Regular Call Audits required by using internal calling software
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
  • Experience in workforce management or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Should be good at Content Creation & Content Customisation (Absolutely Mandatory)
  • Should be able to lead internal training initiatives as well
  • 1-2 years of experience (Max) in the same role
