Are you a dynamic Trainer with a strong background in Collections and experience in the BPO industry? We're looking for someone like you to join our growing team

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainer with hands-on experience in collections process training. You will be responsible for conducting new hire training, upskilling existing agents, and improving overall team performance through structured learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing team members


• Develop and maintain training material tailored to collection processes


• Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness


• Conduct refresher trainings and quality improvement sessions


• Collaborate with operations and quality teams for performance alignment

Requirements:


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer in a Collections process


• Strong communication and facilitation skills


• BPO background is a must


• Ability to join immediately
