Job Role: Process Trainer(US Healthcare/Travel)
Job Role:
As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding a team of sales and technical support representatives to achieve and exceed their performance targets.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in US Healthcare or Travel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to a team of agents on service techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor agent performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Guide and motivate agents to upsell and cross-sell Vivint's products and services to customers.
- Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Work a night shift to align with our U.S. customer base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a U.S. process environment.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with smart home technology or a similar technical field is a plus.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shift: Primarily night shift
