Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B - Associate Sales - Agency Health at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, located in Rajkot. The Associate Sales will be responsible for managing B2B sales activities, fostering relationships with agency partners, driving growth in the health insurance segment, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include networking with potential clients, providing sales and product training to agencies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and relationship management
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in health insurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
