Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage & mentor a team of digital marketers and creatives.
- Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) for e-commerce clients.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing – strategy, content, and growth across platforms.
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to boost website performance and sales.
- Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-performing ad creatives & landing pages.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain regular reporting & communication with clients on results and scaling strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C/e-commerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, and CRO.
Hands-on experience with analytics & ad platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹38, ₹45,000.00 per month
