Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy, drive organic growth, and manage paid campaigns for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and community growth.
  • Create monthly content plans and oversee publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube; optimize for ROI.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with audiences, manage DMs/comments, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and impact.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands.
  • Strong expertise in organic growth strategies and trend-based content creation.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools such as Buffer or Later.
  • Solid understanding of platform algorithms, user behavior, and performance analytics.
  • Strong visual communication and content storytelling skills.

Education

Graduate or Postgraduate in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred.
