Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-spoken Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and the willingness to learn. Complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Communication Management

  • Manage, draft, and organize daily emails
  • Respond professionally on behalf of the Co-Founder
  • Maintain internal and external communication

Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
  • Coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and deadlines
  • Ensure the Co-Founder is well-prepared for daily tasks

Administrative Support

  • Prepare basic reports, PPTs, and documents
  • Maintain files, data, and minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams as required

Operations Support

  • Follow up with departments on pending tasks
  • Assist in project tracking and workflow management
  • Provide overall support to ensure smooth functioning of leadership tasks

Skills Required

  • Basic MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge
