As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our HR Operations team to ensure seamless employee experience and compliance across the organization.
Position Overview
The HR Executive – Operations will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), employee grievance handling, HRMS administration, and engagement activities.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring accuracy, discipline, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Attendance Management
•Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
•Coordinate with reporting managers for attendance, leave, and OT data.
•Ensure 100% accuracy in salary inputs, arrears, deductions, and full & final settlements.
•Maintain payroll records and prepare related MIS reports.
Employee Grievances & Support:
•Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
•Resolve grievances related to salary, attendance, HR policies, and HRMS.
•Maintain employee relations with a calm and professional approach.
HRMS Administration
•Manage employee lifecycle data in HRMS (onboarding, confirmations, exits).
•Ensure timely updates and data accuracy.
Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
•Ensure compliance with all statutory timelines and documentation.
•Maintain updated records for audits and inspections.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
•Plan and execute engagement activities, birthday celebrations, festival events, contests, etc.
•Support initiatives to boost employee morale, participation, and retention.
Documentation & HR Operations
•Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
•Assist in joining formalities, induction, and onboarding.
•Support HR audits, data management, and monthly reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills
•Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
•1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / Statutory work.
•Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT & general HR compliances.
•Proficiency in HRMS software (must).
•Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
•Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic Formulas).
•Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
