Roles and Responsibilities:

  • We're looking for a dynamic multitasker who can wear multiple hats — a business generator, a quote master, and a claim coordinator
  • Identify and acquire new clients for general insurance products (motor, health, fire, travel, office, etc.).
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing customers.
  • Coordinate with multiple insurance companies to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Handle renewals and ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quotes, proposals, and policies.
  • Assist clients during claim intimation and documentation.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, and underwriters for smooth claim settlements.
  • Maintain strong coordination between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with product features, IRDA guidelines, and market trends.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong understanding of Life & General Insurance products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
