We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Location: 8 Phase Mohali

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development / sales (preferably in digital marketing or IT services)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
