Manager - Organizational Development & Talent Management (OD & TM)
Grade: Manager
Experience: 4 - 6 years
Location: Mumbai - Mahalaxmi (Work from Office)
Reporting to: Lead - OD & TM / Head - Talent Management, OD
Role Purpose
To support the execution of key initiatives in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, and DEI. The role focuses on implementing programs, managing analytics and MIS, vendor coordination, and supporting stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution and tracking of OD & TM interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management
- Coordinate the Talent Review and Succession Planning process.
- Maintain trackers, follow-ups, and documentation for HiPo and successor pipelines.
- Support the execution of Career Pathing, IDPs, and Internal Mobility frameworks.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for Assessment & Development Centers.
- Compile and analyze talent data for dashboards and reporting. 
- Organizational Development (OD) 
- Assist in Organization Design and Job Evaluation implementation through data collection, mapping, and support documents.
- Support deployment of OD interventions, change management workshops, and facilitation logistics.
- Track progress of OD projects and maintain stakeholder communication and MIS. 
- Employee Engagement & Experience 
- Support rollout of Employee Engagement surveys and feedback processes.
- Track and follow up on action plans and engagement initiatives across departments.
- Manage and update EX journey maps, dashboards, and moments that matter implementation progress. 
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) 
- Coordinate DEI programs and awareness campaigns.
- Track DEI metrics and maintain dashboards for reporting and governance.
- Manage communication material and stakeholder updates for DEI initiatives. 
- Analytics, Communication & Vendor Management 
- Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal reviews.
- Manage content, creatives, and coordination for internal communication and campaign rollouts.
- Coordinate with external partners for training, workshops, and project deliverables.
Desired Profile
Qualifications : Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Experience
4 - 6 years of experience in Talent Management, OD, or HR project execution.
Exposure to engagement programs, talent data analytics, or HR transformation projects preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong execution and coordination ability.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and external partners effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and project follow-through.
