Role Overview:
As a
Sales Consultant
, you'll be the face and voice of our brand — guiding clients through their skincare journey, recommending the right treatments and products, and closing sales with confidence.
What You'll Be Selling:
- Skincare & Makeup Courses
(for aspiring beauty creators & professionals) - Skincare Treatments
(clinic-based or at-home sessions) - Skincare Products
(our premium range of serums, creams & essentials)
Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage with inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the best product/course/treatment.
- Build lasting relationships and maintain strong follow-ups.
- Hit monthly sales targets (and earn juicy commissions ).
- Keep track of CRM updates, calls, and feedback.
Who You Are:
- You've got the confidence to sell beauty.
- Excellent communication (bonus if you vibe well on camera).
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and trends.
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and obsessed with customer satisfaction.
- Prior sales or beauty industry experience? Major plus
