Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consulting with customers to help them find the right BMW motorcycle. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The Sales Consultant will also be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, and to build strong relationships with customers.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for motorcycles and the BMW brand
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Relevant educational qualifications
