Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to oversee our BI initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The BI Lead will be responsible for managing a team of BI professionals, developing BI strategies, and implementing BI solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BI technologies, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· BI Strategy and Planning:

o Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.

o Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities for leveraging BI and analytics.

· Team Management and Development:

o Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, developers, and data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

o Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

· BI Solution Development:

o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

o Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools, technologies, and platforms to support business requirements and drive innovation.

· Data Governance and Quality:

o Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

o Implement processes for data quality assessment, validation, and remediation to maintain high-quality data for BI and analytics purposes.

· Business Insights and Decision Support:

o Partner with business stakeholders to understand their BI needs and objectives, translating them into actionable insights and analytics solutions.

o Provide strategic guidance and decision support based on data-driven analysis and interpretation of key performance metrics and trends.

· Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

o Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of BI initiatives on business outcomes.

o Continuously assess and optimize BI processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBIP, TDWI) preferred.

· 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles, with demonstrated progression in leadership responsibilities.

· Deep expertise in BI concepts, methodologies, tools, and technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and data visualization.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower cross-functional teams.

· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex BI projects and driving business impact through data-driven insights and recommendations.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Strategic thinker with a forward-looking vision for leveraging BI and analytics to drive innovation, competitiveness, and business growth.

· Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous improvement.
