Position Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing predictive models, analyzing complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role focuses on data validation, mining, and visualization to drive business growth and enhance reporting accuracy across the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and review data from various business functions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data mining, profiling, and anomaly detection across multiple datasets.
  • Build predictive models and generate insights aligned with business needs.
  • Develop BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders and management.
  • Analyze customer behavior and key business metrics to support strategic initiatives.
  • Establish data collection, governance, and analysis procedures

Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Predictive Modeling.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex insights in a simple, clear way.
