About the Role and Team

This role is part of the Corporate Insurance team responsible for managing end-to-end insurance operations across the organization. The team plays a critical role in ensuring timely policy renewals, accurate endorsements, efficient claim settlements, and robust MIS reporting. The position offers exposure to cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and strategic decision-making in insurance management.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a professional to manage end-to-end insurance operations including policy renewals, endorsements, claims below 1 crore, and MIS reporting.
  • The role involves coordinating with units and insurers to ensure timely renewal of insurance policies, accurate documentation, and prompt claim settlements.
  • Responsibilities also include maintaining and reconciling cash deposit accounts, preparing monthly insurance MIS, and overseeing motor policy renewals and claims.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in insurance operations, SAP reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
