Job Title: Insurance OperationsAbout the Role

We are seeking a Insurance Operations to manage end-to-end insurance policy operations, including policy issuance, cancellations, refunds, claims support, compliance, and reporting. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with internal teams, customers, and insurance partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle policy issuance, cancellations, refunds, and record maintenance.
  • Track claim status and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and highlight process gaps.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and insurance partners to resolve queries.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of insurance products and operations.
  • Knowledge of insurance documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in insurance operations preferred.
