As an Insurance Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing key administrative tasks, preparing precise quotations, and providing essential support to our Sales Advisors, ensuring seamless workflow processes and a superior client experience.
Role & responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations to match the Advisors strategy on each insurance inquiry in a prompt manner
Navigate through portals with ease and efficiency to generate and procure terms
Provide any administrative support on reports, email the customer with documents, and follow the company's workflow process
Assist the Sales Advisor with preparing reports, follow-ups, and maintaining documentation
Collects, reviews, and follows up on client information and documents by attending to or making telephone calls; and verifying information & assigning leads.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Informs clients by assisting with the after-confirmation process and application procedures.
