About the Role
Our Embedded Finance team is building innovative insurance and financial products for the logistics industry — a massive and underserved segment. This role is a critical part of our insurance growth story.
What You'll Do
Drive vehicle insurance revenue growth by improving sales operations and broker coordination.
Own analytics and reporting across the insurance funnel — leads, conversions, broker performance, pricing benchmarks, claims, etc.
Build and optimize internal processes to streamline lead management, broker follow ups, renewals, and claims tracking
Work closely with broker partners to improve conversion rates, response times, and resolve operational bottlenecks
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on goals and execution plans
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the data to improve performance
Support strategic initiatives such as launching new insurance products or broker partnerships.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, sales ops, or analytics, preferably in a B2B or fintech environment
Strong analytical mindset — experience with Excel, dashboards, CRM, and reporting tools. Process-oriented and organized, with a bias toward action
Experience working with insurance brokers or insurers is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
Prior exposure to vehicle insurance or logistics is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2.00 - ₹5.00 per year
