Job Description: Junior Engineer – Design Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Coordination:

o Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and execution.

o Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for consistency and compliance with project requirements.

2. Drawing & Documentation:

o Prepare, verify, and manage GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and As-Built drawings.

o Maintain version control and proper documentation for all design-related approvals and revisions.

3. Site Coordination:

o Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and specifications are implemented accurately.

o Address on-site design discrepancies and provide timely clarifications to the execution team.

4. Quality & Compliance:

o Ensure adherence to architectural standards, local building regulations, and project specifications.

o Participate in material selection and quality evaluation in alignment with design objectives.

5. Design Development Support:

o Assist in developing detailed design drawings, presentations, and visualizations as required.

o Collaborate with project heads for space planning, detailing, and finishing concepts.

6. Consultant Coordination:

o Liaise with external consultants for timely submission of drawings, BOQs, and design clarifications.

o Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain clear communication across disciplines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Qualification: B.Arch / D.Arch / BE Civil from a recognized institution.

· Experience: 2–3 years of experience in architectural design coordination, detailing, or site-based design execution.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; working knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools is an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

· Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings effectively.

· Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented, with a commitment to design quality and timely delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
