Junior Site Engineer About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Site Engineer Industry Real Estate Designation Junior Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Site Supervision and Execution o Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site o Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards o Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth workflow 2 Quality and Safety Compliance o Ensure that quality control and safety procedures are strictly followed on-site o Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and implement corrective measures o Report non-compliance or potential risks to the Site Engineer Project Manager 3 Progress Monitoring and Reporting o Track and report daily work progress manpower deployment and material utilization o Support project planning by providing regular site updates and identifying possible delays o Maintain detailed records of work progress and site documentation 4 Material and Resource Management o Coordinate with the procurement and stores team for timely delivery of materials o Verify and record materials received at the site ensuring proper usage and storage o Monitor the use of tools equipment and resources efficiently 5 Coordination and Communication o Collaborate with project engineers architects and consultants to resolve technical issues o Facilitate communication between field teams and the project office for smooth execution o Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and problem-solving discussions Desired Candidate Profile Qualification B E Civil Engineering Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience 3 to 5 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial construction projects Skills o Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and structural drawings o Good understanding of quality and safety standards in civil works o Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project reporting tools o Strong leadership and communication skills o Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
