Junior Executive - Planning About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Planning Industry Real Estate Designation Junior Executive Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Project Scheduling and Tracking o Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project or Excel-based tools o Track daily and weekly project progress against approved timelines o Identify potential delays and assist in implementing recovery plans 2 Coordination and Communication o Coordinate with project procurement design and execution teams to ensure project requirements are met o Facilitate smooth communication between site teams and management for progress updates o Participate in coordination meetings and assist in preparing project-related reports 3 Monitoring and Reporting o Collect progress data from site teams and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports o Support management with status dashboards and variance analysis on timelines and milestones o Highlight deviations or bottlenecks and propose corrective measures for timely delivery 4 Planning Documentation o Maintain proper documentation of project schedules progress records and correspondence o Assist in preparing planning deliverables such as project baselines progress charts and milestone reports 5 Performance and Process Improvement o Support continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes o Assist senior planners in analyzing productivity and efficiency data for project optimization Desired Candidate Profile Qualification B E - Civil Engineering Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in project planning or coordination preferably in residential or commercial construction projects Technical Skills o Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project Primavera knowledge is an added advantage o Strong understanding of project management principles scheduling and progress tracking Soft Skills o Excellent analytical coordination and reporting abilities o Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach o Detail-oriented proactive and capable of working under timelines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
