Junior Engineer - Design Coordination About the organization Infinium Developers is a startup in the Real Estate space based out of Coimbatore Our business interests are in Residential Spaces Commercial Spaces IT Parks Plots etc We re a young company with an open and vibrant culture We re looking for individuals who have a great appetite to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization Role Junior Executive Industry Real Estate Designation Design Coordination Department Engineering Employment Type Full time Permanent Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities 1 Design Coordination o Coordinate with architects consultants and project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and execution o Review architectural structural and MEP drawings for consistency and compliance with project requirements 2 Drawing Documentation o Prepare verify and manage GFC Good for Construction drawings and As-Built drawings o Maintain version control and proper documentation for all design-related approvals and revisions 3 Site Coordination o Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and specifications are implemented accurately o Address on-site design discrepancies and provide timely clarifications to the execution team 4 Quality Compliance o Ensure adherence to architectural standards local building regulations and project specifications o Participate in material selection and quality evaluation in alignment with design objectives 5 Design Development Support o Assist in developing detailed design drawings presentations and visualizations as required o Collaborate with project heads for space planning detailing and finishing concepts 6 Consultant Coordination o Liaise with external consultants for timely submission of drawings BOQs and design clarifications o Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain clear communication across disciplines Desired Candidate Profile Qualification B Arch D Arch BE Civil from a recognized institution Experience 2-3 years of experience in architectural design coordination detailing or site-based design execution Technical Skills Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp and MS Office working knowledge of Revit Photoshop or 3D visualization tools is an added advantage Strong understanding of architectural detailing materials finishes and construction techniques Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural structural and MEP drawings effectively Excellent communication time management and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to design quality and timely delivery Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
