Key Responsibilities:

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in sales/business development (SaaS/EdTech/HRTech preferred)

Reports To: Marketing & Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic Sales Executives to drive new business and grow adoption of VOLKAI HR among students, colleges, and SMEs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate about technology-driven solutions.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, cold calls, emails, and events.
  • Client Meetings & Demos: Conduct product demos (virtual & in-person) and explain value proposition.
  • Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals with students, colleges, and SMEs.
  • Follow-up & CRM: Maintain sales pipeline in CRM; ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with product/marketing teams.
  • Brand Representation: Participate in college events, seminars, and networking activities to promote VOLKAI HR.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of sales/business development experience (SaaS/Tech/EdTech preferred).
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets under deadlines.
  • Strong networking & persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with online tools (CRM, LinkedIn etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
