**Key Responsibilities**:
**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Delhi
**Experience Required**: 1 to 3 years in sales/business development (SaaS/EdTech/HRTech preferred)
**Reports To**: Marketing & Sales Manager
**Role Overview**:
- Client Meetings & Demos: Conduct product demos (virtual & in-person) and explain value proposition.
- Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals with students, colleges, and SMEs.
- Follow-up & CRM: Maintain sales pipeline in CRM; ensure timely follow-ups.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with product/marketing teams.
- Brand Representation: Participate in college events, seminars, and networking activities to promote VOLKAI HR.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred).**:
- 1 to 3 years of sales/business development experience (SaaS/Tech/EdTech preferred).
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets under deadlines.
- Strong networking & persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with online tools (CRM, LinkedIn etc.)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
