Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and sales strategies to promote products/services and drive revenue growth. This role oversees all marketing activities and sales operations to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across various channels (digital, events, advertising, promotions etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
- Manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution to analysis
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, videos etc.
- Monitor marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies

Sales:

- Establish annual/quarterly sales targets and strategic sales plans
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team through hiring, training and coaching
- Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation and business development efforts
- Develop sales tools, playbooks and sales enablement content
- Manage key customer relationships and contract negotiations
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance against goals
- Provide sales forecasting and reporting to executive management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales roles
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and sales methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing budgets and achieving revenue targets
- Proficient with CRM, marketing automation and data analytics tools

The role combines strategic marketing expertise with proven sales management capabilities to drive an organization's revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and a productive sales engine.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
