- Develop and execute export sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and establish relationships with international distributors, customers, and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports, including market analysis, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, regulatory affairs, and logistics
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and company policies
- Travel internationally (up to 50%) to attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
- 3+ years of export sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry
- Strong understanding of global market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of export sales success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus

**Nice to Have**:

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and export management systems
- Knowledge of medical device regulations, such as FDA, CE, and ISO 13485
